Career Counseling & Assessment
Many professionals experience career disappointment, exhaustion from the invisible load of career and parenting, or a realization that a “dream job” is no longer fulfilling. I am passionate about guiding professionals through the process of discovering their strengths, interests, and vocation. Through a series of career assessments, I empower professionals to make meaningful changes in their careers.
My personalized, comprehensive career assessment and counseling package consists of:
Four tailored, individual sessions (55 minutes each) focused on career, we’ll explore your goals, challenges, and opportunities in depth. Each session builds on the last, ensuring steady progress and meaningful reflection;
Four validated career assessments to guide our work;
A comprehensive interview about your work, personal and cultural history, and career goals and previous occupational experiences;
A personalized report of career assessment findings, recommendations and actionable next steps and strategies for you to keep for future use and ongoing personal and professional development.
Optional follow up sessions for continued support
In our work together, I will use well researched career theories, including Social Cognitive Career Theory, which examines self-efficacy, outcome expectations, personal interests, and environmental factors, and the Theory of Work Adjustment to help match your interests and values to specific careers that contribute to greater career satisfaction.
Our collaborative efforts will be tailored to address your specific career inquiries and aspirations, empowering you to progress further along the pathway to achieving career satisfaction.
